At about 0755 today the only cashier up front talked to a customer about a glass figurine he bought for over 5 minutes knowing I was next and two others behind me no sense of urgency or respect for our time. I might still be waiting if I didn't say anything. On a positive note clean store employees are friendly

So, I stopped for the night at this Petro and decided that I would look around and take a quick shower. I was more then surprised after seeing a reflection that wasn’t mine in the mirror. I would say that I was caught off guard at first until I cut the lights off and realized that there was a television behind the mirror. Man it was weird to say the least that I could watch TV and shower at the same time. The personnel are friendly, considerate, and really want to make you feel comfortable while using their establishment. They are awesome and I really wish that more Petro and TA did the same for their Professional Drivers.

Came in with blown trailer tire. It was roughly 5pm. The said it would be about 7pm before they could get to it. I checked in again at 7pm, and they said it would be another 45 minutes. They had me pull up to the bay. I sat and watched all 3, the manager, the counter guy, and the one mechanic stand around for 20 minutes bsing, and smoking. No urgency at all. This is typical for shops, but then, again they just continue to have no urgency, but say they only have one mechanic. It's not busy. I've seen 2 trucks in here in the 3 hours I've been waiting. I have been a platinum ta card holder for 15 years, and it just gets worse all the time. We have deadlines to meet and Petro ta just doesn't get that I'm finally changing allegiance to loves and flying j. I've had it.

The cleanest nicest showers we have ever experienced! And they actually clean and sanitized the showers, floors, mirrors, walls and toliets (I watched). We appreciate how nice and friendly the workers are. I made sure I commented them on their exceptionally clean facilities. Also, the shower had a television in the mirror with sports on lol. We appreciate you all for these clean luxurious showers and wonderful hospitality.
