Positive: Hampton Inn quality is very stable and very good. We stay in when I am on business trip sometimes Negative: I checked in at about 10:00pm. One guest was drunk, police kicked him out. It is very quiet, all people were very nice and polite. It should be OK, no safety concern.

It's kinda hard to find but the front desk girls were friendly and helpful. I booked through a third party and was a little upset by the $50 dollar incidental hold put on my credit card at check in and on the website I booked through it said pet fee was $20 per day no exceptions no refunds. At check in the girl said it was $40 and it just got increased the day I checked in but they have a pet policy waiver they have u sign at check in and it wanted me to initial a non refundable $50 pet fee. Since I was paying cash for the pet fee I was going to have to pay in in the AM when the manager was there! Oh I have some things to say about all the pet fee misinformation as well as no information on the third party websites about the $50 incidental charge. But the rooms are green! Very clean comfortable bed and good linens and towels. The have great toiletries. Ice machines are on every floor and all work. They have a great little store of snacks etc in the libby. The rooms have a microwave and a fridge. It's all great! The pool and hot tub as well as the fitness room are open till 11 pm! Awesome! They have a small continental breakfast of sorts in the am. The wifi works fast and is free. All in all well worth the money for a nice clean comfortable stay! Boise Hampton Inn is a great value! This is my third stay at this facility it always has been good but the new pet fees and incidental charges are new! Only downfall.

Clean. The bed is super uncomfortable. Room reeked of old cigarettes. Pretty quiet. Breakfast was typical stuff. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The toilet was a bit low. We used the laundry facility, and washers and dryers were efficient. Overall a good stay.

Great place. Great location. Great comfort. This Hampton Inn lives up to the reputation the name implies. Well designed and well mainted, this hotel is a delight to stay at. The staff are friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. Covid protocols are good and everything was well cleaned and sanitized. The rooms are comfy, warm, and inviting. The heating/cooling is great, and the shower is good too. This is the first hotel to give a soap dish for the hand soap which was most welcome. TV has an excellent range of channels, the fridge and other appliances work perfectly, and all in all nothing was amiss. The hot tub was under maintenance which was disappointing, but the pool was still open. Breakfast is good with plenty of options kept well stocked. Breakfast area a bit on the small side. 10% off at Denny's with your hotel key. Altogether this was a stay without major fault. Would highly recommend.
