For less than $100, surprisingly Inn America was very good. Clean rooms and convenient location right off 84. They let me check in early. I was a little skeptical the next morning when I saw that the cheese omelets and bagel breakfast sandwiches were pre-made and kept in plastic bags. But after a 2 min microwave they tasted very good. Coffee was good. Pool area was clean. I would recommend this hotel for budget purposes.

Booked this hotel for a night. Arrived around 9pm. Front desk lady looked like death and could barely breath she was so sick. I show her a copy of my reservation and was told they gave my room away. I told her how can that be with a clear receipt that I’m paid and reserved. She then was like well you still want to stay here and be downgraded or just leave. I should of just left once at that point but I was exhausted. Get to the disgusting room that matched most of the hotel. Terrible experience avoid this place at all costs.

Our online reservation (confirmed via email, with confirmation number/pricing printed and in hand) was somehow lost. Front desk had no record of the reservation in their computer (made directly on the Inn America- Boise website). Dirty rooms, limited breakfast offerings (cereal, stale pastries, stale bagels...) Bedding in first room was stained. Asked for new bedding down at the front desk. Front desk person said she was the only one working and was too busy to help with bedding- she would simply "upgrade" to a different room. Upgraded room had blood stains on one of the beds, a dirty towel (with pink streaks) was hanging on the hook on backside of bathroom door, and the bathroom sink faucet was dirty/spotted- not clean at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone concerned about a measure of cleanliness.

Had reservation for Thursday evening to catch an early flight out of Boise on Friday. We checked in late and expressed we would be leaving before breakfast. Brandon was VERY accommodating and sent us to our room with some breakfast items. He made sure we were taken care of. Upon returning on Sunday late evening we stayed another night and was greeted by sweet young gal who also accommodated us way past hours. The next morning we went to grab some breakfast and it was over. Brandon was at the front counter. Once again, he was very accommodating and made us all feel at home. Thank you both for making us feel at home. Your customer service was wonderful. We will be back.

7.00 a day, yes shuttle
If you let the front desk know which shuttle you plan to take, the driver makes sure all passengers are accounted for before leaving. The driver does come into the lobby to see if the missing passengers are in the lobby.
The earliest time is 3:00 pm, but you can also go in as early as 2:30 if you have to. Also the latest checkout time is 12:00 at noon
