This hotel was very clean very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The room was clean and comfy, the bathroom was nice sized and easy to get around in. Check out process was very quick and easy and the breakfast options were great.

Positive: The hotel is beautiful. I love the local photography and the location was excellent. The room was spacious and everything was clean. Negative: The lightbulbs in the side table lamps did not work. I let the staff know. The air conditioner worked very well, but the room needed a dehumidifier. Even getting into bed, the sheets felt moist due to the moisture in the room.

My daughter, 7 month old granddaughter and I recently stayed overnight and had a wonderful time. This was the baby's first hotel experience and a learning one for us traveling with her. The Pittsburg staff was extremely helpful with several things we forgot, early check in/out and always friendly. Thank you,

Eh! It was ok. I reserved a 2 Queen Beds, Mobility Accessible Executive Studio Suite, Non-Smoking. I realized I had not selected the wyndhams rewards rate. So I called in and asked for it to be changed. Same room - better rate. They said they took care of it. Except they didn't they changed the room and took the executive suite away. We didn't figure that out until we were given our room. I called back to the front desk. She argued with me and told me she didn't have the executive suite available anymore. I said fine, then my rate should be reduced because we were not given something that we booked. She told me I would have to come down and prove to her what I was saying. I found that insulting. Especially for a difference of $10-12. Additionally when we checked in my daughter asked her if she had a toothbrush available. She told us she would check. I asked again a bit later and she said she would look later and let us know. Both times she did not have other customers waiting. Her attitude overall was rude and dismissive. Like we were a huge bother to her. The next morning I asked the front desk again and this employee walked 5 feet and pulled out a toothbrush from a nearby cabinet. Hardly a hard thing for the previous employee to check on, although she never did. Breakfast was very minimal. empty crock pots and hot plates where nothing was served. Beds were uncomfortable. Overall experience wasn't the worst ever but I would not choose this location. It was just Eh!
