the hotel was quiet at night, but the cleaning crew during the day sounded more like a demolition crew. i can't believe how incredibly noisy it was having housekeeping on the floor. they only have ice machines on the 2nd and 4th floors and i only found this out after finding the ice machine on my floor (4th) wasn't working so went down to 3rd floor and searched the lonnnng hallway and didn't find an ice machine so down to the 1st floor thinking perhaps there would be one there.... nope. was finally able to raise help at the front desk to find out i would get to visit the 2nd floor as well if i wanted ice. quite inconvenient in my opinion. it's also a little creepy to know that random people who aren't even staying on your floor are meddling around the hallways at any given time. the indoor pool was of course loud and about 1000° in there, but i expected that, they all are like that. there was a nice patio area with a porch swing outside the pool area in a quiet little nook that was nice. they had a great spread for breakfast with lots of choices and delicious waffles you make yourself. the casino is conveniently located right off the main lobby however the casino does close now at 4 am which was new and disappointing. the rooms were clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. overall it was a very pleasant stay and I'll prolly stay again.

So, the star rating is a bit misleading. Overall the staff of the hotel were wonderful! Especially house keeping, the team that set up breakfast and for the most part front desk. Our issues were the cigarette smoke that travels over from the Casino and you have to endure throughout your breakfast, workout in the gym, anytime you pass through the lobby and up the elevators. The location is just outside town so count on driving for food. The restaurant in the Casino was horrible and for whatever reason, the server and cook thought it a good idea to bring one of my colleagues a salad with lettuce turning clear and loosing its green, compliantly wilted and dangerously suspicious of making someone sick if they were to have been foolish enough to eat it.

AWESOME! Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, bed & pillows, breakfast was really good! We’ll definitely stay again!! Loved it

As a former motel manager, I notice EVERYTHING and know the issues to look for when staying at a hotel/motel. Clean, well maintained room, hallways, and other common areas. The staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. Excellent job overall.
