There's mold on the bathroom, ac and bathroom fan work sometimes and management is always drunk on the parking lot asking for beer

I stayed with them from 9/20-9/22/2021. The first day, I had researched online and found that they had a $50 price. I called to see if there was a deposit. No one answered. So I went to the property. When I came in I was greeted by the clerk. I asked if they had availability and if the rooms were $50. The clerk answered yes to both questions. I asked for a room. I went to the room that I was assigned. It was dirty and smelled like dog. I requested a new room. Around this time the charge came through from my bank that I had been charged $82.32. When I confronted the clerk I was told that the $50 price was for online reservations only. After being on the road for 16 hours and because she told me she didnt know how to refund the room I asked for the room key. The second room was better. The next morning I made sure that someone else knew about my distress and I checked out. Having partially learned my lesson from the night before, I made a reservation online for the next night. I come back to the hotel and the same clerk proceeds to try to charge me 3 times for a prepaid reservation. I showed her evidence of my online reservation multiple times before she understood that I had a prepaid reservation. At this point she apologizes while simultaneously admonishing me for not saying that the reservation was prepaid. (I did and showed evidence of it but...) I received my room and the rest of the night was uneventful. The next morning I woke up to go to breakfast. They say they have breakfast but they dont... not even the grab and go type. So I went to a restaurant. I came back at 10 to shower and retrieve my few belongings from the room. The day clerk met me at the door and asked if I had left my things in the room and proceeded to hand me my id and debit card. I explained that I had went to breakfast. I was a bit concerned at this point because I had left other things in my room like my phone charger. But it wasnt given to me with the other belongings. I assumed that it would be still plugged in. I entered my room that was left open by housekeeping an hour before checkout, my sheets, pillow cases and phone charger are all gone...but the blanket is still there. I'm not saying that they dont wash blankets... but in times of covid you should if you dont. Speaking of covid related lies left on travelocity's website. Out of 4 staff members 1 wore a mask. No breakfast. No glass protection. No masks. No sanitizer. Back to my phone charger... when I dont see it I walk back out the room to inquire of its whereabouts. I see the male housekeeper walking towards me with my charger in his hands. I'm not saying that he was going to steal it but I am saying that it didnt look right. You brought the id and debit card to the front desk but not the charger? Why? All in all i will never be back to this hotel. 1) the prices are inflated for what you receive. 2) having been in the hotel, I do not doubt the complaints of bugs and bedbugs. 3) I have doubts about their cleanliness and standards. 4) I have doubts about whether or not my phone charger would have been stolen. 5) I did not appreciate being evicted while I still had an hour to go on my room rental. 6) i was overcharged once and the attempt was made 3 more times on the 2nd day. 7) the covid regulations that they have in place are flimsy at best. If you have any other option as a place to sleep, a car, a tree stump, a bridge... sleep there before you sleep here.

Room was higher priced than I thought it was worth, considering they leave the lobby door open all night with nobody at the desk. Pretty sure people in the room next door were not the average weary traveler, people in and out all night. Called the desk to ask them to speak with them. I had to call six times before anyone at the desk answered, and then I was told it wasn't like that and I should stop being dramatic.

Positive: It's good for the money. It's not fancy, but it's inexpensive. Good place to sleep and take a shower. Clean and comfortable Negative: Zero breakfast the day I stayed there. Didn't expect a fancy breakfast since it's an inexpensive place, but also didn't expect zero breakfast

I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with the staff. I only stayed at our local Super 8 one time.
