I Read the Very Few Non-5-Star Reviews on here for this place and they are absolutely Comical .. Why On Earth would you Be in sucha Rush to get In and Out of a place so Delicious & Incredible and Not Enjoy the Food ? What is Wrong with you? & If yer in THAT BIG ofa RUSH Karen then Go To TACO BELL ! --- The Food at Guadalajara in Pittsburgh, Kansas, is Outstanding! Super-High Quality Meats, Fresh Everything, Made by Hand, Extraordinary ... and we left stuffed for $26 Bucks... I Love the part where Their shredded Beef Tacos meet cilantro, fresh radish, guac, and that marriage of fresh lime over the top Takes me to the Heavens ... I Had All I could do Not to SING at the Table ... & If I woulda known, you could get Authentic Mexican Food THIS Good, I would have moved to Kansas, from Texas, a Long Time ago ... Excellent !

The food was good. The wait time was terrible. Took 30 to get a table when there were open tables. And took another hour to get out food out after we ordered. Order take out or dine in during off hours.

100/10 Customer service rating. I will always recommend them because of the price and because of how good the food is. I visit this restaurant frequently and get take out from them a lot too. Tonight I was in a hurry and left soon after getting my take out but I guess they had forgotten to bag my queso up, I had already pulled out of the parking lot and was at the red light in front of the restaurant when the waiter brings my queso out to my car. 🤣 Most places would have never gone through that much effort. Also thank you so much to the guy who waited on me! ❤️

The food was really good! I had the platillo birria, and it was pretty authentic! Very similar to my family's recipe. The portions were big for a decent price, and the staff was really nice to us. The vibe of the restaurant was also great. The music made me feel like I was back home :)
