We were checked in immediately upon arriving. As soon as we sat in the waiting area someone came to take vitals. Less than two minutes after that we were seen by the doctor. Everyone was professional and friendly, the doctor explained everything he was doing and talked through what he saw and what was he next steps in the treatment were. The best experience I’ve had at a doctors office!

This place is awesome! I had an emergency and they got me an appointment quickly. Helped me with my problem and felt better instantly! They gave me clear directions and a explanation as to why my problem was occurring. Wonderful staff all around!

Everyone from the receptionist, the nurses taking vitals, and anyone else I encountered were beyond nice! Dr. Patsias was thorough and explained everything to me clearly. If you are looking for an ENT, I highly recommend this practice!
