Knowledge staff. Both live and ride in the bike community. A big plus instead of dealing with inexperienced kids. Definitely be back.

So I called ahead to ask if they had tires that fit my motorcycle. They said they did but I would have to come in person to order them. So I go in person to order and they only have one set of tires that cost over $200 per tire or I would have to get a non exact tire size. I feel like that is something that could be told to me over the phone and not something only in-person. Second complaint I ended up going with the tires that were one size up on aspect ratio. The second I'm handed my receipt the salesperson tells me the wheels have to come in off the bike. This is the first mention of them not being able to change the tires on the bike. It felt like a real bait n switch to be honest.

Came in looking for new gear for my first time for a bike I don’t own yet and was greeted by Miki. She helped me pick out the right helmet, went over all the different materials for the gloves and jackets and explained which is more protective. The other gentleman too was so very friendly, don’t remember his name. I’ll come back for sure for gear for my gf.

Not sure who the guy was who helped me on Saturday, 2/19/22 around 5-6pm at the Chula Vista location but he was very helpful & professional. He saw I needed help with my purchase and was very friendly. It was nice that he provided tips on helmets and shared his bike experiences. The store had a lot of selection which was nice to see.

Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
Cash and all the major credit cards are accepted at stores. You may also be eligible for financing through Sunbit.
Yup, someone working there should be able to help you find a helmet that fits well.
Masks required and enforced social distancing
There is usually someone who speaks Spanish, just not 24 hours a day and it depends on the location of the store. You can try again on a different day, time or store.
They do have batteries yes
Talk to the store and ask them, the one at Chula Vista is a small store and doesn't have as much merchandise as Kerny Mesa's. Kerny's is bigger and better, worth going.
