There suppose to be open 24/7 and they close 1 to 2 for lunch and I'm on auto refill and they don't have my medications very bad walgreens I'm shocked they don't close this location.

Need to pay employees more especially in the pharmacy. It seems like it’s always closed, and when it’s not, plan to wait between 10-30 minutes.

i have been on the call with them for an hour and thirty minutes. When I started to wait, it said that there were three callers ahead of me, so I waited patiently. An hour and a half passed and i lost my patience and hung up to call them again only to find out they were "temporarily" closed. I wasted so much time on just waiting just for it to totally ruin my day. Would not recommend.

I have been using this pharmacy for decades, but just in the last few months the "customer service" has taken a downhill turn, and the high turnover in the pharmacy is particularly noticeable. On 4/28, it took two people 15 minutes running around like Keystone Kops to find a scrip that had already been processed and filled. They were blasé and could not have cared less that I had to wait and watch them scramble. They did not even say "thank you" when I made my purchase without saying a word about the dismal service. On 5/27 I requested via app that my scrip be delivered because my car had broken down. When it hadn't been delivered by nearly 8pm that night I called the store, and was told by the pharmacist who answered that my scrip had not been marked for delivery and it was totally their fault, but it would be delivered soon and they would waive my co-pay. But sure enough when I checked my FSA card, they had charged me the full amount. When I called in to the store, I was once again assured by "Alan" that I could come into the store and present my FSA card and receive my refund. However, when I get to the store and politely ask for my refund that I had been promised, I am given the side-eye and treated like I'm asking for something ridiculous, as if I was not promised not once, but TWICE, and was literally told to come to the store. Tony was particularly dismissive and rude, saying, "Well I don't know who told you that but they were wrong". I'm switching all my scrips to CVS and cancelling my Walgreens credit card as well, being sure to let them know the individuals responsible for the decision. I will also be giving them the exact time of my calls so they can identify by the recordings who exactly it was that I spoke to on both occasions. They should close this location down or do some serious housecleaning. Absolutely horrid.

The store now closed at 11. The pharmacy drive thru is still open 24 hours but that's it. I've attempted to update it on Google maps but even though I've submitted multiple photos of the new hours on the billboard, Google says they can't verify my submission. Walgreens has also failed to update their recording on the message you receive when you call. From what I heard from store employees, they were losing too much to theft and they had low overnight sales. As far as I know, all the Walgreens in Tulsa (at least all of those near midtown) have all started closing at 11 pm and opening at 8 am. If anyone knows how to get Google to accept the submission or Walgreens to update their website, app and phone, let me know. Sorry for the bad news but hope it helps.
I don't believe they do, no.
