Use to come to this place a lot, me and my family will not come back. The desk lady is incredibly mean. I simply asked help with the detergent/bag dispenser and she was mad she had to put her personal phone call on hold to help me. Cussing and told me to “take the bag and go” sorry lady for making you do your job. Must be nice to work at a place where the owners don’t expect their employees to work or treat their customers with respect.

Attendants are always available and helpful. Plenty of washers and hot dryers. Any machines that are not working properly are labeled.

Homelss people always come in asking for money while your trying to do laundry, it stinks, a few washer or dryers are ALWAYS broke. You need to load money onto a card to utilize these washers/dryers.they do not take coins or cash like the old ways.

They are conveniently open until 11, but the prices are much higher then other laundry mats. $9 dollars for the biggest loader. $6 at 21st and memorial Laundry mat and they have 2 of the giant dryers for .50 cents for 10 mins. Usually gets 3 loads dry in 20 minutes no problem.
