I have a Cervelo Soloist, Carbon. I brought the bike in with a lower rack issue. They properly diagnosed the problem with the lower rack (needed replacement) as well as an interior cable blockage issue that was from when the bike was manufactured. The work performed was excellent and the bike performs great now. My new go to place for repairs.

Absolutely the worst customer service that I've ever experienced!!! I went in there just to get a new bearing put in a wheel and the employee told me straight up that he didn't have time to bother with just a bearing. I guess because my repair wouldn't make them enough money or because I wasn't buying one of their way overpriced bikes, they didn't have time to deal with me. Its companies like this that truly don't care about their customers, they only care about dollar signs. I highly recommend you steer clear of this bike shop because they may leave you walking like they did me.
