I have used them twice over the years in both their first store and now their second store too. Linda was the best and the crew there now was great. After my repair was done I noticed that they had done a lot more at no charge such as brake adjustment, Kick stand, bike was cleaned and a few minor adjustments. Wouldn't take my bike anywhere else and I drive from Vero Beach (1 Hour) and happy to do it for this kind of Family Business treatment!!!

Well it's going to be almost a year. I'm very happy with my Bagi B20 Hero Plus that Linda sold to me. Had a flat recently and fourtunatly Electric Bike Store fixed and upgraded my protection against future punctures. Linda's staff is very Professional. They did a great Job. I'm definitely looking to upgrade components at some point and discussed this with her team. They assured me they could take care of it. That means so much to me knowing I have that support when I need it. When you invest in a Electric Bike it's very important to have that security knowing you can get professional service, repair and upgrades. Linda and her wonderful staff has proven that she not only sells you an amazing product. But that she will help continue the life of that product. I have purchased 4 bikes from The Electric Bike Shop. I wish all businesses were like this. They are absolutely amazing. That is why I have been a 3 time returning customer. Not only have I purchased new bikes from them, but I have also used their service department on multiple occasions. They have always been fantastic and I will continue to buy from them as well as use them for repairs. I truly can not say enough about how well I have always been treated and how all the employees here have gone out of their way to help me. The employees are very knowledgeable as well as having a large inventory. They are the only one in the area that I will buy from.

I don't believe they do. Trek bikes are sold at trek on us1 in Jensen beach.
No, Radpower (RadCity bikes) only takes online orders direct to the consumer and doesn't do retail. Check out the other great brands in their cool shop! 🚲👍

Yes they have anywhere from 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 21 and 24 gears. They are always a bicycle you can always pedal if you want to. The electric assist levels help you choose how much help you want with your pedalling.
