I unfortunately had to leave Log barn stable about 6 months, I meant to leave a review when i left but its better late then never. Derek and his family were always very nice and helpful. Derek and Ashlee always made sure my old gelding wasn't getting beaten up by the mares and staying nice and fat. This was by far one of the best barns I've had the pleasure of boarding my horses. Good hay, clean and very well maintained arena, pasture available all summer long, dry lots were VERY CLEAN, nice groomed trails, highly safe area to store tack and belongings. Would definitely go back if it was a little closer drive. Highly recommend!

Log Barn Stables is a wonderful place to board your horse(s). It's located in an idyllic setting with competitive rates, outstanding amenities, and a caring and responsive staff. A few years ago my wife and I adopted 2 horses, and were looking for a good facility for their boarding. A GOOGLE search directed us to Log Barn Stables, and after a lot of research, we moved Kohn and Windy to their new home. We had very little horse experience at that time, but stable owner and manager Derek helped us find our way without being too pushy. His suggestions were great and he was always available to lend a hand. Our horses were calm and comfortable in a great, laid-back environment. We've recently moved to our own property with our horses nearby, but we've still kept in touch with Derek and his family for advice, support, and friendship. If our horses weren't here with us, there's no doubt that they'd be at Log Barn!
