Love the Plattsmouth Library. They have lots of different events and programs for the community that are awesome. Very clean and everyone there is very friendly and very helpful. Also love the Paws for Reading. Excellent idea for children and the dogs.

Love this library! Always clean and up-to-date. They have so many programs we enjoy. My favorite is the "Paws for Reading" program. I love the kids can read aloud to the pups and get lost in a world of adventure and not be judged by peers.

This small town library is the absolute best I've been to. The library team is always brainstorming new ideas to incorporate EVERYONE in this community as well give back to our children. Currently once a month (it's scheduled so those haters of animals helping children aren't effected) children can come in and read a book to service dogs, OMG right!! People don't realize how positive this is for our kids which are to embarrassed by their reading skills, have learning disabilities or just don't read! This fabulous little library encourages the best from our community and their children, keep on rocking Plattsmouth Library!

Always friendly staff, large selection of books in multiple formats but always go out of their way to find books on my read list. I think that the dog program is a wonderful idea and gives children interactions with animals that they might not otherwise receive.

I'm sorry, but Nebraska doesn't mail the tax forms to us. However, we'd be glad to bring up on our computers any form that you need and print them for you. We charge 10 cents a page. Call us at 402-296-4154 x24 if you have any other questions.
Yes, you can bring them to the back door of the library for easy access.
No, but there are two notaries at City Hall and at least one at the County Courthouse, both within one block of the library.
