Our experience with the DoL is tempered by the difficulty in actually getting an appointment. It was not easy at all. But, once we had an appointment and finally was able to do what we needed done, the staff was quick, efficient and very friendly. They took care of our business very professionally.

Experience was quick and efficient. Had an appointment for 2:30pm. Arrived 10 min late. They had me check in via mobile. Waited 2 min to be called, went in and got my license picture taken within 5 min.

I called, They take all forms of payment. Yes for debit card. Be ready for high fees. $54 for DL renewal and $25 for EDL a whoppin 78 bucks total.💲😀

Go to a driving school and they will set everything up. Have your birth certificate and social security card ready because it makes things go faster

yes, you'll have to take the road test and Knowledge test. But you won't need a permit. you could get it all done in one day if you have everything you need with you and go on the right day.

Anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months I bought a truck in the end of June and just got the title last week in mid September. That was from a dealership I paid cash. I got the tabs after about 6 weeks and 5he title 8 weeks later. Government workers can make the most simple job look so hard.
Due to COVID-19, all DOL offices are open on an appointment basis. You need to schedule an appointment for in person DOL services. Most places are booked through the next weeks. This link to the official DOL site should have more info: https://www.dol.wa.gov/appointments/

You go.to the website. You can pay online and pick up or have it mailed to you. Takes about 10 business days. To pick up, you make an appointment a d those are like 30 days out. Better to wait the 10 days.
Since you can't go through online go to your local DMV and they will have good information person at the door. Bring with you all the required documents for enhanced license. If they are not busy they may fit you in..
Only some offices are open for appointments. Check online, if you can't make a appointment that way, you can go and speak with the person at the door to see your next steps.
Yes online is the only way to get an appointment. I like it better than before when you walked into a crowd and it took an hour or more to talk to anyone

They will have record of the transaction and if the car is registered to you I don't see why they wouldn't print you out another. Maybe call first depending how busy your branch is

$35.00 for all 3 test which is knowledge,combination and air brakes keep in mind if you pass one out off the 3 you can keep coming back the next day and keep paying $35.00 for everytime you take a test until you complete all three then you will have to pay$40.00 to get your permit once all is cmpleted.
Go to 911 driving school! The address is 6020 main Street. SW Lakewood. You can take both knowledge & driving test with a 911 instructor. No extra fee...$25 knowledge & $60 driving. Plus very nice gentle people!!

Happened to me many moons ago, but I was military. Took my orders with me to DMV (going and returning) and got hooked right up. Most states allow you to renew online as well.
