Worst experience ever paid for a new motor blower received a used dusty motor blower when I asked for compensation based on the value of a used motor blower they refused to give me any compensation not even an apology at that worst experience on top of that the part was not there on time

Bummer. Bought a Napa branded battery a couple months ago. It completely failed and won’t hold a charge. The store won’t replace it under warranty because I don’t have the original receipt and they can’t look the transaction up on their system. But people can’t keep every receipt for every item they buy. The fact that I have the broken battery in my hand should be proof that my battery is broken. Garbage warranty policy when your Napa merchandise performs so poorly. I won’t be buying more items like this from Napa.

Machine shop said it was done.. came from Seattle and it wasn't done. They did nothing to compensate my time or fuel to make it right when I picked up the manifolds the next day. Dont go here. They dont wear masks and coughing everywhere too in the middle of a pandemic. They also have major attitudes.. if you don't wanna work here, find a job elsewhere.
