I miss this branch bank. It's where I opened my US Bank account in 2004. Although I have moved from Washington state to a neighboring rural state where branch banking is not as readily available, whenever I am back in Tacoma and have need for some sort of in-person financial transaction, my experience with the tellers there has always been exceptional. My most recent visit on May 26 was no exception. Fortunately for me US Bank's online banking services allow me to take care of my day-to-day banking needs without the 20 mile drive that would be required to handle a face-to-face transaction. But I do miss the friendly smiles and ability for immediate service that has always been my experience at this branch since 2004. Keep up the good work and I will keep my deposits with you!

I had a scheduled appointment for Friday 1/7/22 in which they rescheduled for today 1/10/22. Show up to the parking lot and no one is there, a sign says temporary closed and no follow up email that they didn't plan to open today. Very frustrating and poor communication!
