The room was well setup and difficult enough to where if you were not paying attention to the small details you will have a hard time. It was very fun and one of the more fun escape rooms that I have experienced.

This place is a scam. DO not book with them, they take your money and do not reply to your messages when you try and contact them. complete scam there are better escape rooms in the area anyways. Edit after owner response: Check again, you spelled my name wrong, and you may staff per booking, but the cancellation was done 6 minutes after booking, so you didn't even get to that point yet. Terrible customer service. And do not lie, I used your websites contact form with this issue and you never replied. You are a fraud of a company, and have made no attempt to rectify this situation other than try and antagonize on a google review. Your "clearly stated no refund policy" is also a lie, since someone would have to go digging in the website to find it. Its bad practice anyways. If you want the proof, I have the booking and cancellation confirmation dated 6 minutes apart, and sent it to my credit card company for dispute. If you don't want to refund no shows that's understandable, but there is no reason a person in my situation should not get their money back. Customer service is more important than your scam you call a policy, and had I just gotten the refund, I probably would have booked with you in the future since my family loves escape rooms, and have done many in the area. A voucher was never offered to me either.

This is a adult activity.
We've been in escape rooms where other participants brought young children. It doesn't work well, because the "thought puzzles" that make up the escape room experience are often "over their heads" and require focus that exceeds their attention span. Within a short time, the kids are bored and it tends to devolve into a chorus of "no, don't touch that" mixed with "no, it's not time to go home yet". It's very distracting from the "mission" of solving the room. ALSO: If you haven't reserved the entire room for your group, you may be inflicting your bored, irritable kids on others that happened to book the same time slot as you. It's not exactly fair to them.

When you book they ask you if you want to be scared. But only in the zombie room... I think you would like the heist. Not scary just fun.
