One month ago, my neighbor bought a brand new house and payed about 3,000 or more for moving. This morning, I saw a sign that said he had a penalty of 72 dollars So they could get off 2 wheel stoppers. ONLY because his BRAND NEW CAR temporary plate was one month AND ONE DAY late. Another neighbor was immobilized too because she was 2 INCHES on grass by a random driver on a gray Corolla without AN ID! This is AWFUL, we are paying the management for SERVICES and they are acting like they are Midnight towing agents WHEN IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM, NEVER LESS TOUCH OUR CARS they just don't have that JOB.

This community is an amazing place to live, The management team ( Vanessa and Manny) are great, they are quick to address any concerns and issues, the events that they do every month are great, it help Me and my family connect w other families in the community. The maintenance crew always working to keep everything nice and clean. I also wanna mention that the process to buy my first house was nice and smooth, they took their time to go over everything to me ( as a first time Buyer I had tons of questions ). Overall Just a good experience.

I want to give a big shout out to Vanesa Nieves and her team. I was looking for a new home for my family and applied at western hills. During the process Vanesa and Manny both contacted me to make sure I supplied all the correct information for my residency application. When my residency application was processed they both contacted me to let me know we had been approved. Although I did not end up moving, because of personal reasons, Vanesa still contacted me to make sure there wasn't anything I needed, and to see if I was still interested in moving. I haven't had this kind of experience with any of the communities I contacted and have to see you guys are amazing. Keep up the good work.

I moved into the community in January '19. So far I have to say it's been a nice place to live. I haven't had any problems. I'm new to this mobile home ownership stuff and the management has been great about holding my hand on a few things. I appreciate their patience. My neighbors have been pretty quiet too. A few nights we may hear a neighbor jamming to some latin american music but it's not been bad. Looking forward to a positive future in the community.
