Lived there from Sept. 2006 - Dec. 2009. Very run-down narrow place with rude service workers. Fast about sending out past-due notifications and threats, slow about accomplishing necessary repairs on the lots and the utilities. Worst of all is, if you park a car with no licence plate on your lot. I was doing some body work on my car, needed to take off the plate only until the next day. And what happened? It was towed away during early morning hours with no notification!! There was a car dealer and tow truck company working for the park management, whom had the order to remove ANY vehicle parked within the park with no licence tag, EVEN in the own driveway. Once towed away, they charge people a fortune to bail out the car. Staff is very rude and will NOT negociate. Therefore nor this park itself, neither its management can be recommended!!

I was in a mood - asked the waitress, "is there anything on this menu that WON'T disappoint me?" Get the rib eye! Get the rib eye! Get the rib eye!

A great place to live and grow up. I've lived here almost seven years and have had nearly no troubles in that time. Whenever something went wrong with the sewer or electricity and such, things usually get fixed quickly. Karen in the office is a great help and a good person to know. They have a little free library right outside the office with books to borrow and read or you can leave your own book you think someone else might want to read. On the same street as the office there are two laundromat areas and one playground. The only thing really missing would be a swimming pool or a gym. But, living here, you're right in the heart of Downtown Davie. Right across the fence from the Old Town Hall and the Rodeo Grounds. Davie is the best town to move to if you need to be in the middle of Broward in a sleepy, laid-back suburb with a cowboy feel. You can ride your horses up and down the trail leading away from the trailer park heading east and west, between Orange Drive and the canal on Griffin. If you already own a trailer or mobile home, you could find a lot worse places to park it for a lot more money than here. I am able to (barely) afford to make my home here on just a small fixed-income from the government. Everyone in America should be able to find just such a peaceful home for themselves at such a price. We all know how expensive South Florida real estate can get. Why spend a couple thousand on some overpriced 2 bedroom apartment in Miami when you can be just as happy in a three bedroom trailer for half as much. Walk out to Davie Road and you can catch the 9 or 12 bus to University Drive, downtown Ft. Lauderdale, U.S. 1, Young Circle, Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, Dania Beach Pier. The free Davie Green bus route passes right by the front of the park on its loop around Davie to near 595 and Pine Island, where you can transfer to the free Davie Blue Bus and head out past IKEA toward I-75.
