These people stole my money. Never gave us the car and kept our down payment. They are scammers. I am taking them to court. Do not use them.

My husband and I bought a car for our oldest son here. We live a couple of hours away so we unfortunately decided to do everything remotely. I told my husband that the reviews are pretty bad I'm not sure about this place! He spoke to a woman named Kenya who seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. After speaking to her, we did a carfax on our own which was clear, so we decided to move forward with the car. We looked at the photos closely and saw some fading! Kenya said oh no...just two little spots not noticeable at all. Im lookimg at the car right now! She said the paint everywhere else was fine. Well the spots looked quite noticeable to us and so we decided to have them fix those two places, and she gave a price. We purchased the car and when it was delivered, there was a great deal of fading on the roof of the car that was not revealed in the pictures! I really don't understand why she wouldn't have told us that! We would have just paid to have that fixed too! The car was a present so we wanted everything nice and done ahead of time! We reached out to Kenya who wasn't available so they put us in touch with Martin who was so rude and told my husband to never call his number! Finally we spoke to Kenya who only would speak to us via text at this point and she never addressed the issue. READ AND BELIEVE these bad reviews guys! These people tell you what you want to hear at first! They are scammers! Once you get your car...there will be issues and they avoid talking to you. If you happen to get to talk to someone, they will be very nasty! A legitimate car dealership would not operate in such a unprofessional underhanded way!

As i know the owner personally for 20 years i trusted them to sell our 2015 Chevy Silverado on consignment in October 2020. Well they sold it within a week and have failed to pay me nor the bank that has the lien on the vehicle. Beware of any business with them as we are taking legal action but im afraid they will be going out of business before we are able to get the money they owe us. They are theives. They owe us $16,500.00

My experience was the best here at car depot. Martin and the whole staff help me. I was so nervous about buying a car but they made me feel like family. I now have the car of my dreams. Martin and Kenya are the best at what they do you will be approve your dream car at car depot. I’m in love with this place. Y’all better come here and don’t waste no time nowhere else.
