It was a great Gospel Fest, and the Regional park has a pond that has alligators and snakes, I actually did see a Iguana, it was big. And we my daughter and I walked aroundBeach. We also saw little owls. We took a bus about 1hr and 1/2 ride and we took bus back to our hotel in Sunny Isles beach.

My baby girl graduation was held here & it was nice, a bit on the hot side.

Attended a concert (Yotuel) Patria y Vida. Parking was good & organized even after leaving the event. Restrooms were clean.

Yes u have to pay to park and they have vendors selling food and drinks out there
Yes for proffered seating lawn chair area is open
Not sure on the price, but wouldn't anticipate more than $5-$10
I believe theirs not an age limit 4 that sorta thing...
Last time i was there, no food or drinks werw allowed
