Had my 2010 Spyder windscreen arm and passenger detect sensor fixed. Thought pricing was fair for work done. Customer service was good. Dropped it off Monday afternoon was called about it this morning. Also dropped my moms bike off to have a few things added to hers. Will be using in the future.

This business has shady practices and should be avoided at all costs. I recently bought a trie from them and was charged a tire disposal charge of $2. I asked why I was charged it when I had not brought a tire. I only bought a new tire. The man "Chuck" said it was on all tire sales and he couldn't remove it. The following day I bought another tire and the tire disposal fee was $0.00. I asked the clerk about it and he said you didn't bring a tire that needed to be disposed. So Chuck clearly lied to make a whooping $2 upcharge. I will not be doing business here again and none of my MC will.

Brought my RMZ250 in for a rear shock service and a valve adjustment on the motor. Dropped the bike off on a Monday and picked it up that Thursday. Quick and pain free process. Will definitely be bringing all of my future business to these guys!
