I had incredibly rude back to back experiences with the doctor, which would have been bad enough on its own, but when I tried to speak to someone about it, I was stonewalled and dismissed by the front window staff. I don't know what they think their business is, but it's definitely not patient or service oriented. I've already advised my family to avoid them for medical care, and will let anyone who asks my opinion know there are entirely too many decent medical practices to choose from to waste your time here.

I had x-rays done on my back from Piedmont hospital in 2020 & 2021, and it took them 2 visits and about $500 to tell me they can't view my x-rays. It's been about 10 month's since I had to go to the IR, and I am having to go to a 3rd doctor at a different hospital. This place can't view x-rays from Piedmont hospital, which is the biggest hospital in Rock Hill, so if you had to go to Piedmont do not make any follow up appointments here.

Atrium and Dr. Robert Fulmer are the best.

After 19 years with this practice, it's time to go. Disappointed and sad, but they don't care for patients as they once did. 15 minutes....the rule...that's all you get. 5 days for a call back from doctor or nurse. It's run like a factory now. Atrium, you are too big to be caring and efficient.

Dr. Pyfrom is wonderful and she really cares about her patients. Her nurses are great also!
Yes , they will base it on your income. I believe it's a minimum of $10, but they will bill you.
Go to medical records. You can get any lab results and can also get CDs of any Mri or CT scan if you would like a second opinion. Call and ask for medical records and they will tell you where to go. You will need ID to pick up and sign release of records to yourself. You can also print out lab results from online access.
I don't think you can talk to the doctor but you can talk to his nurse.
