Yet it was one of those ladies who was misinforming me for days who finally provided me with the correct information. It only took over a week and a bunch of nagging emails. Super frustrating as a civilian with no ability to bypass the incompetence.

If I could give this no stars I would. Waited 4+ hours and still no cops showed up to the apartments where all my things were stole. Had pictures of the thieves with guns and everything. Sent that to the “police” and still nothing. This is the worst dept ever. No wonder crime rate is so high. Police don’t want to do their jobs!!

Had a horrid accident last night, they were extremely nice and understanding since we come from Georgia. They stayed until they make sure we were safe and helped us get our car towed.
