I loved swimming in their pools

Great aquatic center. Two lap pools that you can use for swimming. They offer swimming lessons, water aerobics, and kids swim teams. Open Monday- Saturday, closed Sundays. It is very warm inside though, so if you are not swimming wear layers that you can take off if it is to warm, especially in winter. They updated their times due to Covid so they are closed from 12 - 4pm daily for cleaning, but reopen at 4pm.

The RHAC offers a vast array of swim lesson opportunities for all ages including toddlers. Classes are offer Monday and Wednesday at our location and can be easily accessed through our Upper Palmetto website. It's about 86/87. The classes are aqua aerobics, so while they aren't specifically focused on those two things, a good instructor should know how to include and adjust exercises for them. The schedule of classes can be found on the Aquatics Center website.
The warm pool has 8 lanes, and is 3 foot shallow to 5 foot deep, the other is a cold 10 lane competition pool so I think that one is 9 foot deep. The lanes are 25 yards long.
5:30 AM is late? Seems pretty typical for Y's I have visited.
No, you have to be a ymca member to use the facility. You can be a member of any ymca in nc or sc and use any Y facility

There are 2 pools both 25 yds long. 10 lanes for the lap pool 8 for the exercise pool
