I have other makes of utility vehicles that have to be fixed or serviced elsewhere and nobody else comes close to the friendly, quick and quality service here! Always feel like I get a fair price and fair treatment. Highly recommend

Great guy to deal with. You can tell when people genuinely know and care about what information they are explaining to their customer. This kind of shop and customer care deserve to be recognized. We will be using them for all future Polaris purchases. My father and I talked about how everything went so well the whole drive back. Thank you to all the guys out there.

I took my Polaris ranger in to have a misfire repaired and was told that a new engine would be required. I agreed and had it replaced and when I went to pick it up I asked for the old engine. They said Polaris charges a core cost for the engine so I wouldn't be getting it back. Never really thought anything about it until I went to another Polaris dealership and asked them SOP on engine replacement. They told me that there isn't a core cost and their probably wasn't any reason why they just couldn't have rebuilt the upper end. I confronted the owner about this and the owner said he would make it right and never did. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy getting lied to and spending unnecessary money. Update: If you are the same owner are you going to make it right and refund me the difference between a new motor and a upper end rebuild (As was promised at the time)? Not asking for interest.

I took my ATV in to get service. Everything was working fine when I dropped it off, but I get a call a day or two later saying the starter is bad and it won't start. The replacement starter/solenoid is over $400. I felt it unlikely that the starter just went bad while it was there, but I was told it was the starter and I need to buy a new one. The tech stated he had 17 years of experience. I passed on the repair and just brought it home instead. I appreciated the help pushing it onto the trailer. After I got home and had time, I charged the battery and just made sure the cable connections were clean and secure. The ATV started up just fine and I have had zero issues with it since. I probably saved myself $500 for not trusting them. No problems before until I had this experience. I'm not saying they purposely tried ripping me off, I just think more due diligence is needed before trying to charge a customer for something they essentially do not need.
