Definitely turned off by this business- was interested in getting more information about a Slingshot. Entered my information online to have someone contact me- 3 days later, I get a call, however, as I was in a meeting at the time, I asked them to call me back in 30 minutes. She said she would, however, no phone call was received. I tried calling them back today, and the lady on the phone definitely should not be someone that answers the phone. She stated that I had requested a test drive, and the person calling me the day before was just calling to tell me they were out of stock so unable to give me a test drive. I then mentioned that I didn't want to actually test drive yet, but rather, I wanted to get more information on the vehicle. I felt I was asking very professionally, but she responded back that any information I needed could be found at polaris.com. I then stated that some of my questions likely couldn't be answered by a simple website visit, but rather, I wanted to know possible timelines for delivery, color options, pricing, financing options (whether locally or through Polaris if that was an option). Again, I asked this politely and professionally. She responding back in a tone that sounded as if I was wasting her time that "everything changes in 4 days" and to just look online and see if someone there can answer me. It honestly felt like she could not be bothered to try and earn my business. I informed her I would check with other dealers who might actually try and earn my business, and wished her a good day. If I could give 0 or negative stars, this woman deserves it. While I understand that the business owner may feel differently about wanting my business, since she represents the business, the owner is supporting her attitude and lack of salesmanship as they continue to employee her.

Kept me informed on what they found, and prices of replacement parts. They knew I had some schedule issues so worked very hard at getting my machine ace to me when I was available to pick it up. I am a 64 year old female and every single person I encountered treated me with respect and educated me on issues I inquired about with out making me feel stupid. I highly recommend them
