This place is a life saving experience for me. Camillas House and their programs helped me get my life situated again. They totally help me get back up on my feet. Helped me with housing, food, clothing's, furniture, medical assistance all free! THANK YOU CAMILLUS HOUSE. ❤️🥰❤️😇

Went there to Volunteer, what an amazing place to be able to give back. The establishment is clean secure and it provides a lot of assistance to the homeless and less fortunate.

I would like you to inform me how I can help two people, a woman and a man who are homeless, may not know your institution, where should I guide them?
We do take twin mattresses but not King size ones. You can contact Bob Lozada at 786-299--3220 to make arrangement. Thank you for thinking of Camillus House. Regards
Amen, please do understanding with the homeless
Yes one per resident ..a kennel will be the primary place for pet ..air condioned and secure .you take care of its needs every need...while the person gets their affairs in order ..not a resort but if in street and tired of being tired a great hand..these folks save if you are ready..they answer to a higher court and been in the human repairs for a long time ...hopefull that I was helpful..but my response is from a visiting voluntary. Peace be to you
Yes at Camillus this offer is available. & to Nardine Venelus art therapy starts at 10:00 A.M.
Yes. The area surrounding the facilty has encampments of the homeless.
Yes I Don't Mind🤔 Just Google Camillus House 🤳🏾 Google Will Point 👉🏾 You Too The Right Direction 🙏🏾 Call Them.
Who and were(at camillus house)do I speak to and were do I go
Yes.
Yes and they can even point you in the right direction to the people that can help you
You probably already meet the requirements because you need shelter. However, there is a list and some people sleep right outside as they wait.
The services they provide are for the homeless. I think you should email them and ask about your personal situation. Good luck to you, they will give you the best advice.
No,I don't, but Camillus house does.Call 'em.I don't work for them.
And
Contact the Miami homeless helpline 1-877-994-HELP
They will not conract them. Go there at lunch time the entrance is on 15th St. You can see the person yourself
Yes, once you register with them they will, most likely, refer you to Jackson Memorial Hospital for your dental work. I would recommend that you look into something called DVR (Division of Vocational Rehabilitation) which helps those below the poverty line and/or disabled (as well as homeless).;They provide you with the necessary assistance you need to get back into the work force, and one of those is fix your teeth, I tell you this from experience Shawn, because they really saved me back when I needed the help in 2009. Just look up DVR near me or Division of Vocational Rehabilitation near me on Google for the office nearest to you. They'll make an appointment for you and get you going pretty quickly. Last word of advice, you can go straight to Jackson Memorial Hospital and get your Jackson card and they'll make an appointment for a dentist for you also, you don't need to go through Camillus House. Good luck!
Yes i believe that they have the Vet Doctor come in once a month. Need to call Camillus during 9-5pm working hours to find out date
I believe it's 10pm, except for those that have a pass! IE: Those that work, or at a hospital...
Okay, Camillus House has several programs! The basic is feeding the homeless at that don't stay on the premise! 2nd is a 90-day homeless program, but, depending on the situation, that can vary! 3rd is long-term housing! They can help you get on Section 8, or their own Rental Housing, but generally after you have work, and showing you don't want to remain homeless! As for "green shirts", I believe those are the "homeless volunteers" that qualify to stay beyond the 90-day term!
Find the people in the green shirts in the city of Miami cars around camillus house, or get a police officer to the entrance of camillus house to get you a police donated bed, they have a form for that, they also can check around to see if a bed is available, worst case scenario, get a tent and find somewhere clean and safe to tough it out till you get placed, try the Miami rescue mission also. 6:30am is intake time at camillus house, 3am is a bit early, unless they changed the time. Yes, the drug program has a different set of beds vs emergency shelter. Hmm, does it really work the constant calling the hotline?
Call Salvation Army or Camillus House they will collect the food
Yes they have wifi
This is false the test regularly it's mandatory and the results come back via email in 2or 3 days it has nothing whatsoever to do with housing but if you prove positive you we be quarantined for 10 days these are facts
Look for a policeman and take you to Camilo house and they will help you
Yes
Can you stay at this shelter every night till you get back on your feet do you just show up at night to sleep

Camillus House does offer an addresss, but does encourage homeless to arrange a permanent address elsewhere!
The shelters have good programs to help people in your situation, you can also ask for help in a hospital, talk to a social worker !!! Good luck and may God take care of you.
No furniture is collected, but pets are collected, where they are located in the pet facility at Camillus House
