Worst supervisor ever. American Airlines likes to make exceptions to there policies some days and others they don’t. They pick and choose the rules they follow when they want to. Customer service depends on who you get that day. They will delay and stall you as long as they can until your forced to book a new flight. Coming here is like going to the DMV.

American Airlines would let us take only 2 cats in cabin even though we were willing to pay for the 3rd seat. One cat had to fly in cargo. For a 10:00 am flight we had to drop her off at 5:00. Very confusing place. Lucky we went a day early and found out ahead of time what we had to do and where we had to go. They took care of our baby very well

Like other people comments below you need to have LOTS OF PATIENTS we always come earlier then 5am to be the first one’s to book right away so they don’t complaint that we miss our flight. THEY NEVER open the door on time and they sit in their desk and just look at you through the glass window like if the door opens automatically. Will prefer better Delta airlines quicker and more affordable price then here. Only reason coming is that it’s the only open airline to ship
