Excellent, best place to camp and spend the day with your family and friends

Beautiful place to go snorkeling and camping. Well kept campground with bbq grills and big roof covered areas with tables and chairs. If going during the summer bring lots of mosquito repellent, they are in full force and can make the experience miserable if not prepared. Very well protected small harbor with good seawall to moor vessels.

Its 25 bucks a night not bad but they have alot of rules. No dogs no fires no fishing in the harbor and I'm pretty sure no lobster harvest in this area.

My favorite island. The week days are the best because is less crowded. Over the summer (July and August) Watch out for the mosquitos. It is also a great place for camping. Great sunset every time.

How do I get a campsite?

Randy Ewing | Sep 1, 2018
Rolando Prieto | Sep 1, 2018

it is a first come first serve basis. there is no registering before. If you are going in your own private vessel, there is limited parking so make sure you get there early enough on fridays. This island tends to fill up quickly on the weekends.
