I placed an order with this company. Then I received an e-mail the following day from Matthew Singer stating that I needed to pay an additional $50 to digitize my logo. There was no mention of this fee prior to the order. I would have paid the fee if they were upfront about it but I can't do business with shady vendors.

Very poor customer service. The people that have left 5 star reviews for this company are relatives/significant other of "Matthew" who runs the company and is quite rude. The website doesn't show a return policy or tell you that you absolutely MUST get an item embroidered, until after they take your money. Doesn't give you an estimated arrival time either, and if it's a gift, it will more than likely be late to arrive because of the surprise embroidery rule. They do not accept returns or exchanges and did not provide me with a tracking number when the item shipped. The live chat feature on the website does not work either.
