Amazing service and professionalism. Everyone there is very kind and I have to shine the light on 2 specific people who have been the best in my opinion. Reggie in sales, and Marcos in service. Reggie is hospitable, informative and his personality is what tops it all off. Marcos, the service advisor, provides the best service possible and he is the only service advisor who is punctual and calls me to give me updates on my vehicle. All of the techs have taken care of my car and I trust this dealership 100%. Highly recommended this location.

I must say that the Service Department of Mercedes Benz of Pompano exemplify what it means to serve the customer. I received excellent customer service from my service advisor Bradley and the staff that assisted him. Bradley exceeded my expectations. He was considerate, courteous and professional. I live in Miramar, but I had my car serviced at the Pompano location because I needed a loaner while my car was being serviced so that uncoils go to work. Pompano was the only one that had a loaner available soon, and because of the service I will come back each time my car needs to be serviced. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Avian Wise

It was amongst the greatest of experiences. Service greeters were excellent and our Service writer, Armando was excellent, courtesy, and knowledgeable on all aspects of the service needed.
