We had a great experience with Frank & Gina! Their staff was very welcoming. Even when we showed up before they opened we were invited in to stay cool in the Florida heat. The building may be tucked away, but the inside is very cool! If you love cars you should see it! :) It was a very easy and streamlined process to purchase our vehicle and they sent us out the door with a smile. Thanks!

As I see it, the only thing Frank and Gina care about is their eBay feedback. I bought a car from them about a year ago, and booked a flight down to Florida to get the car. Gina assured me that if I needed anything at all, to contact her and she would get me whatever I needed post purchase. Well, I needed some necessary paperwork for my county of residence, and after about a dozen attempts to get the paperwork from Century Motors, Gina and Frank proved themselves to be the quintessential used car dealer shyster deadbeats that they are and never sent me what I needed, after they said they would. To this day, I still haven't received the paperwork they said they'd send me. Unfortunately, I had already left positive feedback on eBay for them shortly after my purchase. And once you leave positive feedback, you can't retract it. They'll try to actively encourage you into leaving them feedback, but my advice is don't leave them feedback until they send you absolutely everything you need in relation to your purchase or they make good on whatever issues you might have. I am encouraged to see they no longer have 100% feedback on eBay. Perhaps this will entice them to be more responsible in relation to how they treat their customers. Just look at their BBB rating. Wish I had prior to my purchase. It's an F. That's right. An F. I would encourage anyone contemplating purchasing from Century Motors to be very cautious, thorough, and if you buy a car from them via eBay, DO NOT leave them positive feedback until they make good on everything in relation to your purchase. And if they don't treat you the way a customer deserves to be treated, negative feedback will get their attention real quick. But in all seriousness, it's probably in one's best interests to stay far away from this very shady used car dealership, altogether.....

I had the best experience buying my van here! It is a family run business, not a major dealership. Which means, no pressure, the cars and vans sell themselves. I was treated like family, the owners dad took me to the bank . Tell me of a major dealership that does that. They are proud of their business and it shows!
