Workers are rude and don't do their jobs. Waited 20 minutes for food to be heated up.... not cooked, just heated up. While I was waiting at least 3 people back weren't doing anything and seemed up set when asked where my food was. Awful service do not recommend going to this Starbucks. You ate much better going elsewhere. Probably the worst experience I've ever had will not being to this location any more.

I'm a HUGE lover for Starbucks. But this location needs to go! New Management is needed or shut it down! I've given this Starbucks so many chances and it is always a BIG disappointment to the point I buy the stuff and just throw it out now. Prior management was amazing and drinks were spot on. How can you mess you a cup of hot coffee?

BOBBIE is one of the most rude employees. She messed up our drink and tried to convince my mom that it was the right one. Instead of apologizing and trying to fix the mistake, she slammed the window in our face. It wasn’t until another employee came to see what was wrong that the issue started being resolved. Bobbie then came back to the window and apologized as if she were forced to do so. The service is usually really great here. This experience made me not want to come back to this location in the future.

Not a good experience at all. Made the mistake of not doing drive-thru and decided to walk in and order thinking it would be faster. I walked in this morning at 10:16am, ordered right away since there was no line at the register. Didn’t get my drink until 10:48am. Sadly, I wasn’t the only one. A couple in front of me and a woman who ordered right after me had the same experience. The staff there are working incredibly hard so I don’t want to knock their effort. Management here needs to think of a better system for prioritizing drink orders or at least improving communication with walk-in customers (like telling them before they pay that the wait time could be upwards of 20 mins+).

Starbucks is generally doing what it should. They will nicely remind you if you don't keep your mask up.
Quite possibly lack of demand...its not financially profitable to staff a store with later hours if no-one is utilizing it. Most Larger cities will stay open later as will some of the Targets that have them within the stores
