I wish I could give this place a 0 star, we booked 3 rooms 1 for 1 night and 2 for 3 nights, we paid everything in advance, on the next day there was an estar charge on my card, I called and a lady that speaks as a manager was very rude, mean over the phone, she said I had to come in. When I arrived she was gone and the owner took care of us, and he made it correct and gave a refund. Today she called, yelling saying that we were trying to stay for free and use some real bad words, it’s clear that they check out the wrong room. She is on the wrong business!

Let me start off saying the rooms are all clean n have a old microwave and fridges in them. I heard some rooms had newer appliances than mine though. The location is in the middle of a very small town so theres not alot of food selections. Theres only a vending machine and ice machine in the lobby. Why I gave them such a low rating was because the owners who run the place are not very friendly and wouldn't even help me carry in my belongings. I was staying for ten datys n may have over packed for it but still they could have helped the situation by helping. Also I had to beg for towels and for them to give me for soap. I finally got towels but no soap lol...the other guests were great to mingle with so it made up for the owners hospitality!

This is the last Red Roof I will stay at. This motel is terrible. The staff are not pleasant and were just barely civil. The rooms are old in need of updating and dirty! The first room we were in the freezer was completely closed off by ice and an old ice pack was stuck in it. I asked for a different room because we needed the freezer and it was only marginally better. The room was not very clean and smelled. We checked out the next morning even though we had booked 2 nights. It took 3 days to get refunded for the night we didn't stay. Pass this one by folks.

Started with computers not working to check in. Had to re-program the room key a few times. Rooms were pleasant, employees were very helpful and friendly. No Continental breakfast πŸ€”
