This is a hidden gem in Vernon! Some of the best Vietnamese food I've had. Amazing food, super friendly staff, and clean interior. Their grilled pork chop and marinated grilled beef dishes are both very tender and flavorful. Their banh mi is great too!

Best Vietnamese food I’ve had in CT!!! The Bahn Mi pork was amazing! Very friendly, attentive and hard working staff. PhoLy restaurant is efficient - I went there when it was very busy with dine in and take out orders, my food arrived within ten minutes of ordering! I will definitely be returning. : )

Hands down the best Vietnamese in the area. Each time we get takeout or dine in we’d like it more and more. The bun is our favorite. Only bummer is that they are not open on Sundays.

Serendipitously stopped here on my way to NY. Best choice. Our server was very friendly and helpful with my food restrictions. The restaurant was clean and cute. The food was outstanding. Both my fiancé and I agreed it was the best pho we had ever had. Thank you PhoLy.
