My story starts about 2 years ago with a 'simple' speeding ticket while I was a teenager. I was on my way to the symphony and dinner in my mothers clean cut new car, trying to impress this insanely cute date I was already slightly late for. Due to my high stress and my hardly worn high heels I was speeding by 'accident'. The officer who pulled me over (I cannot recall her name, although her genuine help was very appreciated at the time) notified me that she must issue me a ticket due to the high volume of calls from the road and to be in compliance with her precinct as she had been stationed to patrol that street specifically. (Not to mention that I LIVED on that very road and was only a couple blocks down the street!) Due to a series of unfortunate events, I dropped the ball and didn't get my ticket paid properly, as I thought I had. Cut to; living in my new apartment in Holladay I had no knowledge that there was a warrant out for me. (This is very common, and not entirely the systems fault) When Deputy J. Woodward stopped by my apartment, and thoughtfully left a card when it was vacant, I called immediately. He (J. Woodward), along with the help of intelligent supervisors and a kind woman I'll call (C) who swiftly returned my message from the Holladay Justice Court, was very helpful and we were able to resolve a 2 year long ticket/warrant/'seeming messy situation' in just 2 days! The best part is I was home for the entirety of it all, which is incredibly valuable during the COVID-19 pandemic. I appreciate all the assistance and I look forward to living in a community I can trust. I am extremely grateful for all of the uprightness assistance the Holladay Justice Court gave to me. -Aspen

Thank you Judge Chin for the opportunity to better myself.

Absolutely disappointed with this court and the judges who need to be replaced. Absolutely ridiculous rulings. Pathetic.

Yes, you can pay your fines online. You just need to go to e-payments/utcourts.gov. Scroll down to hit which court district you want to pay..*(District and Justice Court)* or *(Juvenile Court)* After that you will search for your case that you need to pay on. Like, Case #, or Citation #. :-)
The Holladay court is a Kangerio court that cares nothing about justice. The prosecuting attorney is so lazy he has 2 puppet assistants, who cost the tax payers more money .They do whatever he tells them to do without having to think for themselves. Yet we pay for 3 lawyers. - A drop box would be helpful for the people. Therefore Holladay court of law NOT justice. Wouldn't ever do anything helpful like a drop box.
If you go down to the court, speak with the judge, and explain the circumstances for the extension, they're usually pretty good at extending the pay dates. Sometimes the court clerk can help too. It's best to go to City Hall and ask for help. Person to person interaction usually helps the most in these situations. Saved me almost $7500 in medical bills by just talking to the court clerk. Good luck!
