I'm only giving three star because I like my doctor. But it may not be worth seeing my doctor due to him being with Granger Medical. They were trying to tell my co-pay is now $75.00. Called my insurance and they said it should never be that much. Customer service is the worse.

I've had the same Doctor and Nurse/MA for almost 20 years, Dr. David Larsen and his primary Nurse/MA, "S" who I won't name as they are not identified on the Granger website. They are an incredible team and I LOVE THEM.... as much as is platonically possible between patient and providers. This positive review is for them and about them. They weren't always with Granger, but while they are, regardless of location, my review will be valid. I see them regularly, for health and medication monitoring, which includes a yearly physical, plus any other non-emergency medical issues that arise. When I've had issues with medications, whether it was regarding efficacy, negative physical reactions, or about my out-of-pocket expenses I've always had Dr. Larsen hear me out and give thought, consideration to alternatives. For having vitals taken, injections, every other interaction Nurses/MA's are responsible for, "S" has always been patient, kind, gentle, and quick to check-in with how I am doing, or handling the pain/process we're involved with. There will always exist the "hassles" involved with medical care, which Granger takes on to make the visit and experience positive. I don't know how to rate the organization, as many of the things they work to resolve... I am guessing go unnoticed. Maybe that's good, as it allows me to focus on my care providers. I'm still a patient there, so that must count for something. Thank you, Dr. Larsen and "S"! Also, to those who handle the phones and front desk at the Holladay location.... You put up with a lot! I'm sorry for the negative people you end up having to deal with, but you have made my every visit and interaction more enjoyable! Thank you!
