Great retro shop! Michael was very friendly. Items were fairly priced and competitive. Highly recommend to stop by if you are into video games and collectibles!

Fun place, the owner is super friendly and helpful. I had had repairs done here before with great results, but due to covid staff reduction they don't do repairs anymore - HOWEVER at no benefit to himself, the owner told me how to fix my bugging out Switch myself and even treated my son to a free game of Pac-Man so I could listen uninterrupted. The fix worked, too!

Poor return policy. Watch OUT! Upon purchasing an item I was told I had 30 days to return it. I go to return said item about two weeks later and get told a bunch or reasons why I could not return the item. 1. It’s a hardware item so no returns. —_— 2. Something about satisfaction within the first seven days. It’s definitely past day seven so —_— 3. Was offered a store credit. But was later told it would be a credit for what they bought the item for, which was half what I paid them. So basically I get half my money back —_— This is all information I would have liked to know before purchasing. It’s why I asked on the day of purchase, “What’s your return policy.” Furthermore, there is No Clear and Obvious Sign stating their return policy. Nothing on the receipt either. This store is purposefully cagey about store returns. It is no accident! $$$ I knew the item I was purchasing was overpriced. I bought it anyways cause I wanted to support a local store. I feel betrayed.

This place is great! The nostalgia factor alone is worth stopping by. They have a lot of very rare games (think super famicom Japanese editions), if you’re a collector this is the place for you. Just picked up an nes classic edition and couldn’t be happier. I could’ve gotten one online for a bit less expensive, but nothing beats being able to physically hold it and look at it before purchasing. Plus I was able to support a rad local business! They have an arcade next door with a bunch of classic games. I was super stoked to play Sunset Riders for the first time since I was a kid.

I just got my discs resurfaced here. Its 3 for normal discs and I think 6 for GC. Call them
Yes they do!
Hello, Yes they sell PSP games. If you're looking for something specific you might have to ask the clerk to see of they have it.
Right now, I don't think Michael is doing repairs right now due to COVID affecting his staffing. He may start doing that again down the road. However call anyway just to make sure as I could be wrong or it may have changed.
They don't usually offer ps2 games that have not been resurfaced. They do that in house. So prices are based on the game itself, not the condition of the disc. So depending on the popularity of the game and availability ....prices will vary. This holds true for used ps2 and ps3 games that you might want to sell. If they are sure that they can resurface them they pay market value. PS4 games cannot be resurfaced.
They fix bricked 3DS consoles for $35.
All of our arcade machines are in the actual arcade next door, the 'blocked off machines' in the retail store are just games currently being repaired (which is why that section is blocked off). It's $5 to ENTER the arcade (but you get $5 in tokens, games are 1 to 4 tokens each). I'm not working in the retail store today, I'm busy running the arcade next door (sorry James Weeks if you felt ignored and were uncomfortable shopping here, but it sounds like you didn't even notice half of our store), there is a girl working behind the counter if you needed any help.
No, we charge $5 to enter the arcade, but you get $5 worth of tokens.
It's $5 each person to enter the arcade and you get $5 in tokens with each entry.
No.
We do not repair consoles that are cheaper to just repurchase used.
They do not have an online store unfortunately. You can find a facebook page but It will also include their New York location
Hey!! I'm not too sure about that honestly. I recently went there with a friend of mine who knows way more about that field than I do. I know they sell PS4s there as well as many other earlier generation consoles. I would go there and ask for Michael.
Yes they do. They hv a lot of GB games
yes they do
$59.99 - $69.99
Just FYI you're asking everyone on Google. Just call the store.
Yes they do, they have a medium shelf of them.
