All of our arcade machines are in the actual arcade next door, the 'blocked off machines' in the retail store are just games currently being repaired (which is why that section is blocked off). It's $5 to ENTER the arcade (but you get $5 in tokens, games are 1 to 4 tokens each). I'm not working in the retail store today, I'm busy running the arcade next door (sorry James Weeks if you felt ignored and were uncomfortable shopping here, but it sounds like you didn't even notice half of our store), there is a girl working behind the counter if you needed any help.
When I went in there they had all their machines piled up and blocked off. It was very cramped and unwelcoming. Somewhat loud and highly political music was playing while I browsed. Prices seemed fair to a little high but I Don't think I'll be going back. it's not a place to comfortably shop. The guy running the place was somewhat nice but mainly ignored me as I browsed.
