I usually go to Manso ceramics. The owner is very knowledgeable as well as very helpful in teaching newbies how to make different types of ceramic items. Color Me Mine, by contrast, didn't even greet me when I came into the store! Forget about showing me anything that was available to make. Over crowded with kids and not a single one was wearing an apron, in case of paint spilling on their clothes. The chance of my going back there are slim to none. I'm going back to Manso's Ceramics. At least there I can get help if I need it and greeted warmly by Irma Manso (the proprietor).

QWonderful experience. While the pieces are a bit expensive (simple plates being about $20) they also have very good value, with some of the large complex pieces being a maximum of around $70. They have a large selection of paint colors and brushes, and the tables were very clean and prepared. The music was nice, not too loud but enough to keep your energy up. Anthony was the young man working, he was incredibly helpful with any questions my fiancee and I had, and kept everything clean and quiet. Absolutely look forward to returning

You don't receive a call when your piece is ready, you can either call in and check if it's ready or go in personally and pick it up
Hi, We have eliminated some tables to provide more distance between painters painting in the studio. For those who feel more comfortable with less people we recommend painting Monday to Friday before 5PM. We also offer togo kits so you can paint at home.
It depends what you choose to do there's classes, and different types of ceramics and pieces to choose from in different sizes. Also, there are specials on Groupon that may allow to bring a guest for free like a buy one get one. There are specials for first timers as well. I Hope this Helps!
