Beautiful place, very nice residents, the location is great. The rent just went up making it not too accessible to a lot of the retirees that live with a very tight budget. My heart goes out to them, when I hear some of the stories. Love the management team, they are always eager to help. :)

It is a place for 62 and older and its low income residency so there is a lot of things that you need to do through the government first.
