Employees were lost. They were not helpful at all. Not because they didn't want. The reason is that they really couldn't apply comon sence or even understand customer questions. Or they just didn't care and didn't pay attention

The store is missing a bit of merchandise but other than that I had a great experience today. And more with the associate Camila she helped me a lot since I called the store to find out about my order and Camila was very kind since some balloons were not there so she added some to me at the same price and made me some beautiful bouquets for my daughter's party .She always called me and she told me that my order would be on time and it was. I was really a great service from Camila. I definitely come back to this store.

I wanted to have some balloons blown up for my aunts birthday party, and everyone was super helpful, everyone gave me the right advice and gave me opinions on how I should arrange my balloons. It was a very easy check out and to the surprise that I could have them delivered, for me it was a great experience very friendly staff and I would definitely be back (here are some pics from the party!)
