burgers were not as well put together as expected. I ordered sauteed mushrooms and got only 4 very tiny mushrooms. We ordered the vegan burgers and they were overcooked. We ordered the chips and they were overcooked almost burnt. In their defense, it was a very busy day....but still. We were not impressed.

This store is inside the UConn campus.Its got a nice decor and the food is cooked in front of you. Prices are reasonable and the portions generous. Overall a good spot, docked a point for bathroom facilities but other than that a good spot for fast food.

I stopped by this past weekend for the first time. I was looking for a good hotdog and found this location. Unfortunately the experience left me hanging. The food was very expensive for the quality. The hotdog pictured was nearly $7 and the hamburg was nearly $10. While the hotdog and hamburg tasted OK, the execution was poor and the quality was sub par. Processed cheese should not be used on a $10 burger (look at it, it's not even melted) and the burger patty was small and overcooked. The hotdogs are pre-cooked and reheated on the grill. Precooked bacon and sauteed onions, as well. The burger is really in the $4 range and the dog should be around $3 based on what I experienced. I walked out of there with 5 dogs and one burger and the total was around $47!!! I'm really surprised this place can make it with these prices in a college community. Sadly I doubt I'll be back. 3 stars because I am being kind.

Stuff happens, been through the same situation from both sides of the story. IT happens. You just have to be understanding that things will get done, and it might have something to do with either the training, or the hiring.
