Food was good as well as the service. Parking could be improved though. Parking is not allowed from 10 am to 12 in the front of the building. We were confused on whether we could park here. UPDATE: After speaking to the owner, the parking is for customers, not residents in the apartments that they share a building with. I will know from now on. Thanks for the clarification. It would be more useful to say for restaurant customers only, but I understand that you may have had problems with previous signs.

This place is incredible. The burgers are made to order and there are so many interesting options. I got the stuffed pepperjack and it was so good. The waffle fries were perfect and the ranch is superb. I will definitely be going back to try every option on the menu.

Very good food, tasted fresh. We had the steakhouse burger with the waffle fries and hands down one of the tastiest burgers I have enjoyed. Everyone working there was friendly. Only complaint would be that the men's bathroom sink didn't really work the water trickled out. Other than that everything was superb.

I moved in with my boyfriend who lives right on top of HF Crave and this is quite a dangerous decision! I can totally see myself going here a bit too often especially with so many options to choose from! The two of us ordered burgers for pickup and they were both ready at the time specified and perfect to the order. (We asked for a lot of customizations) I got You're Bacon Me Blue with chicken breast, a side salad instead of coleslaw/fries, and extra lettuce. For the sauce I asked for jalapeno ranch. That chicken breast was so perfectly cooked - proper juicy and not dry at all. The entire brother as a whole was so so so good! The bacon and blue cheese and chicken just went so so well together. I actually felt bad when it was over because I wanted more. I ended up not adding that jalapeno ranch because it was actually super spicy! The burger was amazing as it was. My boyfriend got the Not My First Rodeo; Need cooked medium rare with extra tomato, lettuce, and the Ancho BBQ sauce. Also with a side salad. He really loved the burger, and I must say it looked really good as well. I tried some of that barbecue sauce and it actually was amazing! Side salads were both really fresh too. Overall very much recommend this place.
