They don’t spray inside the wheel wells at all. I worked in a car wash and that’s how I was trained. Need better training in my opinion.

Have used this location for 5months without issue but after today, I’ll be considering cancelling my membership. I’ve been gone for Thanksgiving for a week. Washed my car here before parking in garage for the time I was gone, returned today to wash car while out on errands … as I’m throwing away the dash receipt, I notice my white car is speckled with black grease spots. I talk the the hand dry guys and they graciously offer a second free wash after saying sometimes that comes off brush wheels … fair enough. I roll through the window again and notify greeter… mostly as a courtesy since I have a monthly membership. I get out of my car after second wash and there is double the spots, distributed evenly all over the vehicle. Hand dry guy comes over at my request - says “oh yeah, that won’t come off easy, huh? Probably from road work or following a big truck” I feel like I’m being punked. Black grease speckles are evenly distributed over every exterior surface of my car and it wasn’t there before I went through the automatic wash twice. He offers to wash a third time but says it may not help (and after what I’ve experienced, I worry it’ll just be more to manually clean). I’m beyond frustrated.

Stopped here on a road trip. They did a great job of removing all the bugs. I also took full advantage of the free vacuums.

Always a great experience. I am a premium car wash monthly member and would be happy to give a fifth star if jet splash would offer a multi-car memberships. Because, right now I’d have to pay for separate memberships. I am sorry I do not have the answer or solution to offer, but, I’m confident you can figure out something mutually beneficial . So I’m driving clean everyday regardless of which vehicle I choose, Without multiple full price memberships. Hope this inspires growth and change. Keep up the professional business:
