Unable to cancel on web site. No one answers phone. Cannot get to car wash, how can i cancel?

How can you offer unlimited automatic car washes for $15/month and provide unlimited sprays like window cleaner, carpet cleaner, carpet deoderizer, car cleaner spray, clean towels to use, vacuum, and floor mat beater and dryer with friendiest staff?

Do they offer individual washes? How much do they cost? I'm getting the impression they basically push a cancel at anytime monthly plan that costs as much as one car wash ($25) clever hook but that would not meet my individual needs
