Unable to cancel on web site. No one answers phone. Cannot get to car wash, how can i cancel?
But the only way to stop them from charging your card is to go to the car wash and I am living in Virginia no chance of being in Lincoln
I used to really like the car wash! However recently my car was damaged by the car wash when I went to to put in a claim as I was told to do and was told l would hear back in 2-5 days I never did. I reach out in every way possible and here we are 3 weeks later and still no call back! No I am stuck paying for the damage. Very disappointing! I canceled my membership due to this!
Call your bank. This place is a scam for sure. We’ve had the same problems. Super sketchy billing as well.
